Information on the processing of personal data
pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Data controller
Purpose of processing
The data controller processes personal data for the purpose of providing professional assistance to the data subject for difficulties in conceiving a baby and other reproductive problems.
The personal data of the data subject are also archived by the controller for the purpose of scientific research until the data subject withdraws consent to their processing.
The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a).
Rights of the data subject
The data subject shall have the right to request from the controller the provision of information about, rectification or deletion of personal data relating to the data subject.
The data subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his or her personal data at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
